We process data to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the LMS, to comply with law, and with your consent where required for marketing or cookies.
If you join through an organisation, selected activity and progress data may be visible to your organisation’s admins. This supports compliance, onboarding, and skills reporting.
We use trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, email, and payments. Some may be outside your country. We use safeguards such as contractual clauses where required. A current list of core processors will be posted at proqedo.com/processors.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure usage, and improve content. You can control cookies in your browser. Some features may not work without them.
We keep account and learning records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Certificates may be retained to verify achievement.

Proqedo is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
