By using proqedo.com or any Proqedo apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you have a separate written agreement with Proqedo, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
You need an account to enroll. Keep your login confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Proqedo.
When you buy a course or join via subscription or a team license, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for the access period shown at checkout or in your agreement. You may not share, resell, post, or stream course content outside Proqedo.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund rules.
Seats are assigned by your organisation’s admin. Proqedo may show admins basic learner activity and progress to support compliance and reporting. Seat reassignment follows the rules in your order form.
Proqedo may use quizzes, assignments, and proctoring tools to validate learning. You agree not to cheat or attempt to bypass assessments. Certificates are issued on verified completion and may be withdrawn if issued in error or obtained in breach of these Terms.
You may post notes, assignments, reviews, or messages. You are responsible for what you post. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. You grant Proqedo a non-exclusive license to host and display your submissions in the LMS to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
All course videos, text, images, audio, and software are owned by Proqedo or its licensors. Do not copy, record, scrape, or distribute content outside the LMS.
Do not reverse engineer, interfere with security, remove notices, overload the service, or access accounts without permission. Use the LMS only for lawful learning.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or courses. We try to avoid disruptions and will communicate material changes where feasible.
Proqedo may link to other sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
The service and content are provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proqedo is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid to Proqedo in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Proqedo against claims arising from your misuse of the LMS or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing law and country]. Courts in [insert venue] have exclusive jurisdiction unless your local consumer laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
