Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on proqedo.com, including self paced courses, all access subscriptions, and team or enterprise seat licenses.


Key definitions

  • Course purchase means a one time purchase of a specific course or pathway.

  • Subscription means a recurring plan that unlocks catalog access.

  • Seat activation starts when a learner first signs in and accesses a course under a team or enterprise license.

  • Progress is the percentage of lessons completed in a course or pathway.


Course purchases

  • Full refund: Within 14 days of purchase if progress is 0 percent and no certificate has been issued or downloaded.

  • Partial refund or credit: Within 14 days if progress is under 20 percent and no certificate has been issued, choose a 50 percent refund or a full credit to your Proqedo account.

  • Credit only: Between 15 and 30 days after purchase if progress is under 50 percent and no certificate has been issued.

  • No refund: After 30 days from purchase, or once a certificate has been issued, or once graded assessments for the course have been completed.


Subscriptions

  • First time purchase cooling off: Refund within 7 days of first subscription charge if progress across the catalog is under 20 percent and no certificates have been issued.

  • Renewals: Cancel any time to stop future charges. Renewals are not refundable, but your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • Annual plans: Same 7 day cooling off on the first charge with the same usage conditions as above.


Team and enterprise licenses

  • Before activation: You may reassign unused seats or request a full credit for unused seats within 30 days of invoice.

  • After activation: Activated seats are not refundable. You may reassign a seat to a different learner if allowed by your agreement.

  • Group start dates: If your agreement specifies a cohort start date, you may request a one time date move at least 7 days before the start.


Virtual or facilitator-led sessions hosted on Proqedo

If you enroll in a scheduled live session delivered through Proqedo, the following applies in addition to the rules above.

  • Full refund: Cancel at least 15 days before the session.

  • Credit: Cancel 7 to 14 days before the session and receive full credit toward a future session.

  • Partial refund: Cancel 3 to 6 days before the session and receive a 50 percent refund.

  • No refund: Cancel within 48 hours of the session start. We can move you to a later date if space is available.


Downloadable and add-ons

Templates, datasets, and other downloadable add-ons are not refundable once the download link has been accessed.


Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.


Special circumstances

We know life happens. For medical, bereavement, or other extenuating events, email us and we will review case by case.


How to request a refund or credit

Email support@proqedo.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. For team licenses, include your company name and invoice number.


Legal and local rights

This policy applies except where local consumer laws provide additional rights. Where laws require a longer cooling-off period or different remedies, we will honor those requirements.
